Performance Management in K-12 Seminar

Join APQC Education in Houston along with Region 4 Educational Service Center, Houston ISD, and Mardi Krenek for our one day training on March 23, 2010 at APQC offices to learn about Performance Management in K-12.  Performance Management (PM) is a measurement system that tracks and assess the ongoing ability to perform against strategic goals.  Our guest speakers from Houston ISD, Region 4 and Mardi Krenek will share their experiences using PM and provide their insights on implementation, tools, and techniques that will be valuable for districts where performance management already exist or in districts that are very new to PM.  Click here to download the registration form. 

Why is Performance Management important for K-12? 

Performance Management is a critical component of a sound Process and Performance Management System used in any orbanization as a comprehensive approach for establishing measurement systems that track and access performance against set goals.
