In early 2009 APQC collected extensive input from member practitioners, experts, and others to find out what challenges exist for those in the K-12 sector. The feedback pointed to a need to glean best practices in response to intervention (RTI).

This Practitioner’s Guide details lessons from examining both qualitative information and quantitative data from selected best-practice districts.
