APQC Education has worked with several districts with our Process and Performance Management (PPM) professinal development workshop helping districts become more efficient and effective. Using PPM, districts has saved thousands to millions of dollars depending on the project and size of the district. In addition to monetary savings, thousands of labor hours have been reduced supporting stressed and overworked personnel. PPM has also positively affected student achievement.
