The objectives of this consortium benchmarking project were to:
1. Identify and learn from districts that have built district-level processes to support English language learners;
2. Determine environmental factors, such as policies and technology, that are critical to success; and
3. Compare datat between participating districts to discover trends and highlight opportunities for closing acvhievement gaps.
