Meadows Foundation Provides $90,000 Grant

APQC Education is pleased to announce the addition of three school districts from South Texas to the APQC Education North Star Community. These three school districts – Harlingen CISD, Brownsville ISD and McAllen ISD – are joining the Community after winning scholarships made possible by a $90,000 grant from the Meadows Foundation and matching grant funds from APQC Education.

Process Performance Management Conference Knowledge Transfer Session

The 2012 APQC Education Process and Performance Management Conference and Knowledge Transfer Session promises to be an exciting conference, where education leaders provide the latest success stories on how Process and Performance Management has helped school districts, regional service centers, and state departments of education dramatically improve effectiveness and efficiency.

You won't want to miss this exciting May conference where education leaders provide the latest success stories for process improvement! The conference will include guest speakers who are leaders in implementing Process & Performance Management in education project presentations, lessons learned and best practices from several North Star Community participants, introduction and brainstorming sessions for "virtual" field-trips, updates and findings from benchmarking activities and demonstrations and information from key benchmarking vendor partners. The keynote address will be given by Dr. Heath Morrison, Superintendent of Washoe County School District (NV).
