One of the favorite past times of APQC staff is to talk about the latest book that Jack is reading. With such a varied background, you never know if this week it is going to be a Harvard Business Review article, or a book on Chaos Theory. Obviously this week's book caught Jack's eye because of the name, but the story turned out to be one that was also unexpected.
