The key to this work is for districts to deploy North Star Project Action Teams in the following manner:
- Process and Performance Management Strategic Overview –
An intense one-day session with the District Leadership Team to determine how Process and Performance Management can be of best value for your organization.
- Project Selection –
Select 4 to 5 burning issues for your organization and build cross-functional teams to address these issues.
- Professional Development –
An APQC Education Advisor will provide four days of on-site Process and Performance Management professional development.
- Coaching and Mentoring –
Ongoing support for project action teams to complete their work delivered by interactive video conferencing or traditional conference call.
- Project Wrap-up –
An on-site project wrap-up day to finalize projects and calculate results.
